But what if we tell you we found this totally amazing recipe for a green hued delicacy ? 
We are completely curious about #SANJEEV Kapoor’s Egg curry recipe , which is actually green in colour.
The secret behind the dish is :

⁠4 eggs⁠
2 tablespoons oil⁠
1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)⁠
1 cup boiled onion paste⁠
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder⁠
1 teaspoon coriander powder⁠
Salt to taste⁠
½ teaspoon garam masala powder ⁠
Green masala ⁠
1 medium bunch fresh coriander⁠
1 medium bunch fresh mint⁠
1-inch ginger, roughly chopped⁠
4-5 garlic cloves⁠
2 green chilies⁠
Juice of 1 lemon ⁠

⁠1. Boil eggs, cool and peel. ⁠
2. To make green masala, blend together coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, garlic, green chilies and lemon juice with some water into a fine mixture. ⁠
3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté well. Add onion paste, stir and sauté for 2-3 minutes. ⁠
4. Add turmeric powder and coriander powder, mix and cook for a minute. Add the green masala and mix well. Add salt and ½ cup water, stir and simmer for a minute. ⁠
5. Halve eggs and add, stir lightly. Add garam masala powder, mix and simmer for a minute. ⁠
6. Serve hot. ⁠
