These travel destinations for Indians that don’t ask you to Quarantine

The ban on travel has ben lifted up now and many states are not asking for COVID tests and 14 day quarantine. So, here are a list of places that are not asking for the compulsions now.

Bangalore

As per the revision in order by Karnataka regarding inter-state travellers states that people travelling in from other states will neither have to go for 14-day quarantine nor register themselves on the Seva Sindhu portal. Also, Pubs in Bangalore are open again to serve liquor from September 1. Other places now open are Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace, Cubbon Park, Jayanagar 4th Block market and more.

Himachal Pradesh

This state has completely open its borders for tourism. Also, there is no need for e-pass, COVID test or registration. Earlier, these were complusory. The inter state buses are still not open. The guest lodges and resorts will open from October 1. Bars will open soon.

Rajasthan

This is the first state to remove the quarantine since its reopening from June 2. The state witnessed about 1400 tourists in the first two days. Talking on its tourist places, Rajasthan has 342 protected monuments including 18 museums. Also, popular places like Jaipur, Udaipur, Mount Abu, Ajmer, Bikaner are the most visited places.

Goa

From September 1, Goa has eased the compulsion of quarantining. The bars are too open again. One does not need an e-pass either to drive to Goa. Maintaing social distancing is important for tourists visiting restaurants, bars and marketplaces as per the MHA guidelines. But the Beach shacks and casinos will remain shut for now.

Kolkata, Darjeeling, Kalimpong: West bengal

West Bengal has made easy the quarantine requirement for asymptomatic passengers. People with mild symptoms might go for home quarantine. Also, the state is not allowing flights from and to Kolkata and Bagdogra on the total lockdown days. The lockdown days take place twice or thrice in a week.

Darjeeling and Kalimpong are now welcoming tourists. Also, all the hotels, resorts, homestays and vacation homes have to follow the norms.

So, these relaxations are for domestic travellers only. For international travellers, COVID-tests and/or go on quarantine, according to the guidelines of the individual states is mandatory.
