The Healthy Option For The Pizza: Bread Pizza

This Bread Pizza recipe is super easy and healthy. You can provide this healthier option to your kids.

  • Ingredients for bread pizza:
  • White bread slices-4
  • Mozzarella cheese(grated)-100 gm
  • Onion(chopped)-1
  • Capsicum(Chopped)-1
  • Tomato(chopped)-1
  • Jalapeño-25 gm
  • Chilli flakes-1/2 tsp
  • Mixed herb-1/2 tsp
  • Oregano-1/2 tsp
  • Schezwan chutney-1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup-2 tbsp
  • Salt-1/2 tsp or as per taste
  1. Steps:
  2. Preheat the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degree.
  3. Add tomato, jalapeno, onion and capsicum, mix it in a bowl.
  4. Add chilli flakes, mixed herb, oregano and salt and mix it .
  5. For sauce of bread pizza, add tomato ketchup, schezwan chutney and chilli flakes in a bowl,  mix it well.
  6. Spread the sauce on one side of each bread slice, spread it evenly.
  7. Put the prepared mixture on the top(side coated with sauce) of bread slices.
  8. Spread the grated cheese on top.
  9. Place the bread slices in a baking tray and bake it in oven for 12-15 minutes at 180 degree.
  10. After 15 minutes, turn off the oven and take out the tray from the oven carefully.
  11. Bread pizza is ready, sprinkle little oregano on top and serve hot.

A healthy option for pizza is easy and quick to make with less ingredients.
You can have it for breakfast or evening snack. It is light and tastes amazing. It is good for children as pizzas are unhealthy.
