Apple’s first online store in India is going to launch on September 23. With this, Apple is going to offer a complete range of products. Also, with direct customer support via online members.
Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail + People, said,
“We’re proud to be expanding in India and want to do all we can to support our customers and their communities. We know our users are relying on technology to stay connected, engage in learning, and tap into their creativity, and by bringing the Apple Store online to India, we are offering our customers the very best of Apple at this important time.”
Also, the customer support at the store will be in both English and Hindi. With the help of “Apple Specialists” customers can find about new products. Moreover, the company will offer financing options on its products. Also, there will be student discounts on MacBooks, iPads, accessories and AppleCare+.
The company has plans to hold free online “Today at Apple” sessions too. This will be on photography and music in October. Also, one can now get personalization too. Customers can get imprint of emoji or text in English, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu. This will be available for AirPods, and in English for iPad and Apple Pencil.
