We have brought you a new dining place in Delhi naming Kiko-bā. It is a beautiful mix of authentic Asian flavours from Shibuya, Sichuan, Cantonese, Yunnan and many more. You can experience the culture and heritage of all the cities via its menu.
The place has its inspiration from eastern Asian culture of shapeshifting tanukis that bring good fortune and luck to spaces. Kiko-bā is their shape shifter who came from one home to another. It has inheritance of the traditional craftsmanship of Asian cooking while bringing these homes success.
The food here will take you through a culinary journey paying homage to styles and techniques from all various cities.
It has inspiration of two design cultures, Scandinavian and Japanese. So, the art of “Scandinese” is a fusion of two styles with basis on the principle of simplicity and reference to nature. You can see soothing tones forming delicate lines with teak and birch wood.
So, as you enter the main element on display is the Robata. The aim is to bring the concept of “fireside cooking”. Also, the open fire cooking adds on flavors through various flaming styles.
Coming to the menu, their most popular dishes include Grilled Loster (Robatta), Black Cod Gyoza and the Tuna Tataki, Mushroom Fried rice and Baby Chicken. Talking about the Epicurean offerings, truffle scented wok-tossed mushroom fried rice or the yellow prawn curry are surely a treat to taste buds. To end your meal on a great note, order Kiko-bā’s signature, Toffee Pudding, Caramel Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream.
