The Statue of Unity, Gujarat is set open from October 17

On the first day of Navratri, October 17, The Statue of Unity, Gujarat will start welcoming visitors. As per reports, the Gujarat state government will be opening again the site in the Narmada district. It will be with strict precautionary measures.

The Statue of Unity is located in Kevadia and is the world’s tallest statue. As per the order by the government, permission will be given to only 2500 tourists every day. Also, only 500 can go up to the viewing gallery.

Also, there will be five slots of two hours each for entry every day, as per reports. So, only 500 visitors can enter in each slot, out of which only 100 can go to the viewing gallery which is at 193 m.

The first slot will begin at 8 AM, the last slot will end at 4 PM. Those who want to visit can buy tickets from the website www.soutickets.in. It is available in two hour slots.

No manual tickets are there for now..

Also, all safety measures like hand sanitising, wearing masks, and maintaining physical distancing should be followed by visitors. Moreover, the special hop-on-hop-off buses will be available to facilitate the travel of visitors. Also, one who visit here can also go to Children’s Nutrition Park and Jungle Safari.
