Due to Pandemic, companies are launching their smartphones online. And, so is Samsung. According to new reports, Samsung is planning to launch the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Fold 2. It will be in the first week of August this year. Also, it will be the first online event for Samsung.

According to a report in DroidLife, Samsung will launch the Galaxy Note 20 and the Galaxy Fold 2 in an online event on August 5, 2020. Samsung tipster Ice Universe also confirmed it. There can be changes too in the dates.

Along with Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Fold 2, it might unveil the new Z Flip 5G, Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7+ at the online event. Nothing official has been said by the company.

The latest reports claimed that a new variant of the Galaxy Note 20+ had made it to CCC (China Compulsory Certificate) certification process. The phone supports

  • 5G networks and
  • 25W fast wired charging for the phone.

OnLeaks claims that the Galaxy Note 20+ might feature:

  • a big display at 6.9-inches Dynamic AMOLED display
  • a refresh rate of 120Hz
  • Galaxy Note 20 series could house a Snapdragon 865+/ Exynos 992 SoCs.

Also, Samsung may bring a 108-megapixel camera sensor to the Galaxy Note 20+. The camera module could comprise of a 48 megapixel and a 12-megapixel camera. It might feature a 40-megapixel front camera.

Coming to the Galaxy Fold 2 it might feature:

  • a 7.59-inch screen with 2213×1689 resolution and
  • a refresh rate of 120Hz.
