An online initiative by Delhi govt. to showcase local products globally

With the closing and losses to businesses, we all have been supporting the #VocalForLocal. Delhi government has taken the Local to Global and for this they came up with an online platform. The platform showcases all the products made in Delhi to the people living overseas.

This was the result of CM Kejriwal’s one on one discussion with the traders and the manufacturers in the city. It is about taking their businesses globally and to give a boost to the economy.

The site is similar to that of a job portal. But instead of jobs, there’ll be products that will be sold. It will be by industries and shops based on the materials they manufactured and sold, especially in areas like Wazipur, Badli and Bawana.

Also, the wholesalers in the city can put up their items in front of the entire world, kind of similar to that of Aliexpress.

The portal is ‘Rozgar Bazaar‘ and is already up and running. Also, CM Kejriwal mentions it had a great response in terms of finding jobs and selling products, but now this platform will be taken to an International level.

So, this online platform has brought an uprise in the economy and also a good place to sell for traders.
