OnePlus phones are brilliant in every way except the prices. The prices are going up with every launch. The company still makes some really powerful devices with top of the line hardware, camera and features.
So, in order to keep the price line in check the company has come up with new series naming Nord. The OnePlus Nord was the first device to debut under the same series. Other phones in the series are Nord N100 and Nord N10 5G. Also, the Nord lineup caters to the affordable and midrange segment.
So, recently the leaks and rumors of the upcoming OnePlus 9 flagships are out.

The lineup is having name “Lemonade” internally, through a leak from last year. Also, the leak reveals mentions the model numbers and codenames of the upcoming devices, which are as follows:
lemonade — OnePlus 9 (LE2110)
lemonadet — T-Mobile OnePlus 9 (LE2117)
lemonadev — Verizon OnePlus 9 (LE2110)
lemonadep — OnePlus 9 Pro (LE2120)
lemonadept — T-Mobile OnePlus 9 Pro (LE2127)
So, this year around you may see three devices from the company, the regular OnePlus 9, the Pro and Lite.
The device was previously out via a Chinese blog showcasing the complete design of the device. Further, a fresh leak has also come up with this device’s specs, and this leak comes from the AIDA64 benchmarking app.
The pictures from the Chinese blog show grey smartphone with a glass back which is supposedly the OnePlus 9. Also, you can see a rectangular camera bump on the rear of the device, which might be housing a triple camera setup with a flash. Coming to the front, it can be seen holding a flat display with a hole-punch camera.
As per an Indian leaker, the device will feature a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Also, as per the screenshots of, benchmarking app, the device will be powered by Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 888 SoC. It is an octa-core chipset on a 5nm manufacturing process and at 2.84GHz. Moreover, the chipset also packs in Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X60 5G modem with Wi-Fi 6E/6 and 5G compatibility.
So, you can expect to ship in two RAM and storage variants, 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB. The storage type here will be UFS 3.1, which is the fastest out there.
It might come with a 48-megapixel primary shooter, a 48-megapixel ultrawide shooter and an unknown tertiary shooter. On the front, the device may get a 16-megapixel shooter for selfies.
Coming to the battery, it will house a 4500mAh battery with support for 65W fast charging out of the box. The device will have support for 5G, Wi-Fi 6/6E, Bluetooth 5.2, Type C, and more in terms of connectivity.
For now there is no information arbout the exact launch of the upcoming flagship. But as per leaks it might take place somewhere in March.
As the pricing of phone is high, it might be somewhere around Rs 44,999 for the vanilla variant.
