Nokia is preparing to launch a new feature phone, gets FCC approval

While companies are coming up with smartphones, Nokia is in talks of bringing back the feature phones with some twist. Earlier in June, the company came with Nokia 5310 XpressMusic phone. The US FCC has reportedly certified a phone with model number TA-1316.

The handset will have 4G connectivity and support LTE 5, 7 and 38 bands. Also, it is said to be backed by a 1150mAh battery capacity with a rated power of 3.7Vdc.

Moreover, the listing adds that the feature phone will support dual Sim cards. Also, the FCC has shown an illustration of the device. The handset might have a single large square camera at the back. Also, with Nokia branding and a mono speaker, according to Image.

Recently, the FCC also gave a sign for the existence of Nokia 2.4 smartphone. It may four variants with model numbers TA-1277, TA-1270, TA-1274, and TA-1275. Among all these models, the TA-1270 is said to be a dual-SIM version.

Also, shown a 4,500mAh battery capacity. Earlier last month, it showed up on Geekbench benchmarking ,revealing octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor and 2GB RAM. 

According to rumours, Nokia 2.4 may also come with a 6.5-inch HD+ notch with 19:9 aspect ratio. Also, with dual rear cameras including a 13-megapixel and a 2-megapixel sensor. The front camera could be a 5 megapixel.
