All the trekkers pack your bags, as Nepal opens for mountaineering

Are you an adventure soul too? If yes, then your Himalayan adventure is soon to become a reality. Nepal has open again its mountaineering. So, basically this means that Mount Everest aspirants can also expect to try their hand at conquering the highest peak of the world in the coming days.

As mountaineering is going to open, restrictions will be there. The tourists who come with the ambition to trek the high mountains can come for now. Also, they should have a visa in advance, and a negative COVID-19 PCR test report that was taken within 72 hours. Moreover, they should have a hotel booking ready to fulfil the seven-day quarantine criteria. Also, in case you are planning to travel to Nepal to scale peaks, you will require insurance to cover $5000.

So, the mountains of Nepal, including Mount Everest are open for climbing in the autumn season. This is from September to November. The government in Nepal began issuing permits for Mount Everest, and other mountains in August.

To be more clear, the place is open only for mountaineers and trekkers. That too, only those with prior permits.

Also, helpers, guides, porters, cooks, or anyone accompanying them must take the COVID-19 test.
