Indian Railways will connect Char Dham Yatra with a long rail network

Every year thousands of pilgrims go for the Char Dham Yatra. In the coming days the Yatra is going to be more easy. As per the reports, the Indian Railways is constructing a railway line of 327 km. This will be connecting the Char Dham of Gangotri, Yamunotri, Badrinath, and Kedarnath, via Dehradun and Karanprayag in Uttarakhand. Railway Minister Piyush Goyal made the announcement on Twitter.

According to details, the 327 km long rail line will go through Dehradun, Tehri, Pauri, Chamoli, Garhwal, Rudraprayag, Uttarkashi. Also the ministry is ready to face all challenges. These include the limits of load, capacity, speed, and safety as all the four dhams are elevated at different levels.

Also as per the reports Reports a major portion of the project will go via inaccessible hilly areas. For this there will be building of several tunnels too. The ministry stated that along with making Char Dham Yatra the project will also open the areas of development in Delhi places.

People make sure to visit either one of the holy place or all of them. With this step, many more people will be able to visit the four holy places.
